Job summary

Adag Group is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis and support the delivery of a major data center project in Ohio.

The QA/QC Manager will establish and lead the project quality management system for EPC delivery, ensuring controlled execution, proper inspection and testing records, effective resolution of non-conformances, and complete turnover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or EPC quality with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs, inspections, NCR/CAR management, audits, quality records and turnover documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Project Quality Plan, quality procedures, audit program, and reporting requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality processes throughout project execution.
• Review contractor and supplier quality plans, ITPs, method statements, and quality submissions.
• Coordinate quality requirements across contractors, suppliers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Monitor contractor and supplier compliance with established project quality requirements.
