Job summary

Quinn Consulting Service, Inc. in Virginia is seeking a senior QA/QC professional to develop, implement and oversee comprehensive QA/QC programs for Design Build and/or P3 transportation projects.

You will partner with contractors and owners, guiding the QA/QC Inspection Team and reporting critical issues to the Design Build Manager. The role requires Virginia PE with 10 years' experience and expertise in road/bridge construction methods, regulatory compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Virginia PE with 10 years' experience on Design Build or P3 projects.
• Experience implementing QA/QC programs in transportation construction.
• Knowledge of environmental policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead QA/QC inspections and audits.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC programs for Virginia Transportation Design Build and/or P3 projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and owners; keep the Design Build Manager informed of issues.
• Oversee Quality Assurance Inspection Team and risk management.
• Audit Design and Quality Control processes for compliance with Quality Management Plans.
• Document and monitor project deficiencies and non-conformances through resolution.
