E2 Optics is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to join our Utah team. This role focuses on developing and executing the Quality Management System, conducting inspections, and partnering with project teams to ensure high standards across cabling and integration work.

Ideal candidates will have field experience with structured cabling, fiber testing, and strong communication skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and QA documentation practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with structured cabling in data centers is essential.
• Fiber cabling installation and testing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow QA/QC procedures for projects.
• Conduct quality inspections and report nonconformances.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Provide training on quality standards to internal teams.
• Document and communicate QA/QC outcomes effectively.
