E2 Optics is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to lead quality assurance across cabling projects in data-center environments. The role emphasizes developing and enforcing the QMS, training teams, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure top-tier quality and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of field cabling experience, fiber testing knowledge, and strong communication skills to drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives in a fast-growing tech integration environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of field experience with structured cabling or data center cabling installations.
• Experience with fiber installation and testing.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, detail-oriented approach.
• Experience with technical writing and developing QA/QC procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety practices follow company and client policies.
• Develop and execute the QMS for every project.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections, generate data analytics, track nonconformances.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve quality-driven projects.
