Job summary

CREW by HRNET in the United States is seeking a Quality Inspector (QA/QC) to ensure product quality in a manufacturing environment. You will perform visual and functional inspections and support maintaining quality records.

The role requires 1–2 years of QA/QC experience, a technical or NITEC-equivalent qualification, and proficiency with tools like torque screwdrivers and multimeters. You will assist with continuous improvement and ensure safety and quality procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Technical, vocational, NITEC or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing or a production environment.
• Able to perform duties in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Comfortable working at heights where required and able to comply with workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections and quality checks in accordance with established quality standards.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections on components and finished products.
• Identify, record and report product defects or non-conformities.
• Assist with failure analysis, investigation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
