Job summary

Sendero Industries in Boling, Texas, seeks a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Technician to support QA/QC activities on civil construction projects. You will perform inspections, coordinate testing, and maintain accurate records to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.

You will work in the field alongside project teams and subcontractors. This full-time role requires attention to detail, the ability to read drawings, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field inspections for earthwork, utilities, concrete, foundations, and roadway construction.
• Verify materials and installation meet drawings, specs, and standards.
• Document construction activities; complete inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Coordinate field and laboratory testing with third-party agencies.
• Identify and report non-conformances; track corrective actions.
• Assist with turnover documentation and quality closeout packages.
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
