Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Center QA/QC professional to execute the JLL-SKAE QA/QC Program through L1-L5 commissioning for data center projects. The role is onsite full-time (40-50 hours/week) with possible overtime and requires coordinating with subs and reviewing MEP drawings, submittals, and test reports.

Experience in data centers and QA/QC, OSHA-30, and willingness to travel are essential. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• OSHA-30 certified or within 30 days of employment.
• 3+ years of data center experience.
• 2+ years of QA/QC experience.
• Familiar with the Cx/QA/QC process.
• Willing to travel to projects in other US regions.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Review MEP drawings, submittals and specs.
• Inspect incoming MEP equipment and complete receiving checklist.
• Lead preparatory meetings with subcontractors as needed.
• Review MEP mockups per specifications.
• Document QA/QC deliverables and test reports (L2-L3).
• Maintain open items in Procore and ensure timely closeout.
• Assist with creation of methods of procedure (MOPs).
