Job summary

JLL is seeking a motivated data center electrical QA/QC Engineer to join our on-site team for a 12-month project in Fairless Hills, PA. The successful candidate will assist senior engineers in delivering quality inspection services while developing expertise in building systems and commissioning.

Requirements include 1-3+ years of field inspection experience, basic understanding of HVAC/plumbing/controls, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1-3+ years of field inspection experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and controls/monitoring systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to maintain a 90% onsite cadence (0700–1600 M-F).
• Willingness to learn and apply technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support QA/QC inspection activities under supervision of senior engineers.
• Assist with field inspections of electrical equipment and systems.
• Document test results and maintain inspection records.
• Participate in onsite meetings and site visits.
• Help prepare deliverables such as checklists and test procedures.
• Learn commissioning standards (ASHRAE, CSA, LEED).
• Conduct basic testing and verification activities with guidance.
• Support development and maintenance of project documentation.
• Contribute to issue tracking and resolution processes.
