Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to review pre-production text and art files for trading card products across brands. You will ensure visual quality, licensor compliance, and coordinate with editorial, design, and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task, and strong proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years professional experience in journalism, photography, and/or sports & collectibles industry.
• Excellent command of English grammar and licensor-style guidance.
• Ability to multitask and work across projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proofread raw trading card text for grammar, house style and licensor requirements.
• Weigh-in on design composition during multi-department reviews of Master design files.
• Review trading card files for integrity, image quality, text formatting and printing setup.
• Verify revisions from QA, editorial, designers or licensors are correctly applied.
• Check imposition layouts against subject lists for proper alignment to press.
• Perform final review of trading card sheets before release to press.
• Inspect packaging art files for accuracy per internal docs and legal guidelines.
