• Validate signup, login, file processing, and order flows.
• Create and maintain QA checklists and regression plans.
• Test across browsers, devices, and file types.
• Identify bugs and document reproduction steps.
• Monitor production and triage issues; improve uptime.
• Build dashboards and track product metrics.
