Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong focus on detail, process improvement, and data-driven decision making. The role emphasizes QA, project management, and ISO9001-related responsibilities across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in quality assurance, process improvement, and performance measurement, along with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. A strong emphasis on documentation and leadership support is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent education or minimum of six years related technical or business experience.
• Minimum of four years direct work experience in Quality Assurance with progressive responsibilities.
• Preferred ASQ certifications: Certified Quality Auditor, Technician, Manager, Engineer, or Certified Software Quality Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, measures, and recommends improvements for Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Performance Measurement processes.
• Assesses and recommends improvements for all business and technical processes.
• Supports research of new technologies, processes, and products to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Assists in analyzing and disposition of corrective and preventive actions.
• Assists in development and release of process and product documentation.
• Plans, develops, executes and maintains work location audit/assessment programs.
• Supports leadership for Quality Assurance functions.
• Manages Quality functions at assigned locations.
