Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a QA Operations Engineer in Piscataway, NJ, hybrid role. You will build and scale automation libraries, integrate QA into CI/CD, and collaborate with partners to ensure flawless eCommerce experiences during high-traffic events.

Requires 5+ years in QA automation or related fields, with Playwright/Cypress, API testing (Swagger, Postman), and SQL data validation. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in QA automation, software development, or DevOps.
• Experience architecting automated testing frameworks from scratch.
• Familiarity with Playwright or Cypress for end-to-end testing.
• Basic CI/CD understanding and DevOps collaboration.
• Backend testing: API testing and SQL data validation.

Responsabilités

• Test Framework Architecture: Manage and scale test libraries in Playwright for complex eCommerce platforms.
• Performance & Load Mastery: Use LoadRunner to ensure peak traffic handling.
• Backend & Data Quality: API testing with Swagger/Postman and SQL validation.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps.
• Business Alignment: Work with product managers to translate features into tests.
