Job summary

CIYIS LLC seeks an experienced Quality Assurance / Test Engineer / O&M Specialist to support Digital Engineering, PLM, ALM, and enterprise environments. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, sustainment, validation, troubleshooting, and release management across complex software platforms.

Ideal candidate will perform integration and regression testing, diagnose issues, document findings, and contribute to continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software testing, QA, or O&M experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and system upgrades.
• Experience with test planning, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience documenting defects and technical findings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and validation procedures.
• Support PLM, ALM, CAD, and Digital Engineering platform upgrades and releases.
• Perform integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Diagnose software issues, configuration problems, and data inconsistencies.
• Perform root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Support application administration, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Validate system integrations and Digital Thread data flows.
• Assist with deployment planning and post-deployment support.
• Document findings, defects, test results, and lessons learned.
• Support sustainment engineering and O&M activities.
