Job summary

Varco Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse to review clinical documentation by field clinicians in Kinnser (WellSky) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with regulatory and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong home health experience, Medicare documentation knowledge, and excellent attention to detail, enabling accurate OASIS audits and timely feedback to clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of home health experience.
• OASIS experience and Medicare documentation knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation in Kinnser (WellSky) for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure documentation meets Medicare, state, and accreditation standards.
• Audit OASIS assessments and skilled nursing notes.
• Identify documentation deficiencies and provide feedback to field clinicians.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers to ensure timely corrections.
• Monitor documentation trends and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in preparing for surveys and audits while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
