Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking a detail-oriented QA Nurse in Houston, TX to review clinical documentation by field clinicians in Kinnser (WellSky) for accuracy and CMS compliance.

The ideal candidate has home health experience, Medicare knowledge, and OASIS expertise. You will manage a high volume of charts with speed and precision, while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Competenze

• Active RN license required.
• Knowledge of Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
• Experience with home health documentation and OASIS.
• Ability to review a high volume of charts accurately.
• Experience with Kinnser/WellSky preferred.

Mansioni

• Review clinical documentation in Kinnser (WellSky) for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure documentation meets CMS, Medicare, state, and accreditation requirements
• Review OASIS assessments, nursing notes, therapy documentation, and other records
• Identify documentation errors and communicate corrections to clinicians
• Manage a high volume of charts and meet daily deadlines
