Job summary

Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking a detail-oriented QA Nurse to review clinical documentation completed by field clinicians in Kinnser (WellSky) for accuracy and regulatory compliance. This fast-paced role requires strong time management, the ability to multitask, and meticulous chart review.

The ideal candidate will have home health experience and knowledge of traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage requirements, with experience in OASIS.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license required.
• Knowledge of Traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
• Experience with home health documentation and OASIS preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation in Kinnser (WellSky) for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure documentation complies with CMS, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, state, and accreditation requirements.
• Review OASIS assessments and various clinical records.
• Identify errors and communicate corrections to clinicians.
• Manage a high volume of charts and meet daily deadlines.
