About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce QA Manager to oversee vendor operations, workforce management, quality assurance, and training initiatives. This role ensures optimal vendor performance, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and drives quality control to boost productivity and revenue.

The Workforce QA Manager will also develop and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position offers a flexible remote work arrangement with occasional travel (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and contractual obligations
  • Manage inventory loads and transfers with regular audits to maintain accuracy
  • Maintain records on vendor performance and workforce efficiency
  • Onboard and offboard vendor agents, providing necessary training and support
  • Host weekly office hours for vendor agents to address questions and resolve issues
  • Communicate changes in carrier, provider, or claims processing guidelines to ensure compliance
  • Resolve application, system, and technical issues escalated by vendor agents
  • Conduct regular quality assurance assessments and implement quality control programs
  • Monitor productivity metrics (quality, efficiency, revenue) and identify improvement areas
  • Prepare and distribute reports on inventory, workforce productivity, and revenue performance
  • Utilize Tableau, Teradata Studio, and other analytic tools for reporting and dashboard creation
  • Lead weekly leadership meetings to present operational updates and improvement plans
  • Develop, implement, and maintain training programs and materials for new hires and existing staff
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and compliance
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Education, or related field preferred
  • Experience in workforce management, quality assurance, vendor coordination, or training
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and Tableau for data visualization
  • Experience with workforce optimization tools such as Teradata Studio, Toad, Hyperion (Brio), or similar
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic macros
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
