Requirements:

• Graduate in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other Software Development and Collaboration tools.
• Plan for test teams and environments to have the right tools (manual and/or automated) in place, enabling the ability to deliver consistent and quality output.
• Assist testers in test planning.
• Support other test team members in testing activities.
• Previous experience as a QA Lead

Skills:

• Strong testing, functional, analytical, and technical abilities, with attention to detail and troubleshooting skills. Ability to document tests thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of database management, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and related administration tasks.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Experience in test planning, design, and execution.
• Ability to develop and improve formal QA testing processes.
• Monitor testing effectiveness and implement improvements based on analysis.
• Exposure to stress, reliability, and performance testing.
• Leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with critical production environments, understanding their importance.
• Test automation experience (GUI, Web, Windows applications).
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests, including automation.
• Ability to improve product quality through automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Java/J2EE experience on Linux.
• Familiarity with Hadoop Java development.
• Experience with messaging systems like AMQ and Kafka.
• SQL programming skills (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience in building RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of web technologies including AWS, Docker, Java, Python, JavaScript, React/Redux.
