As a QA Manager for 31st Union, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest quality standards for our gaming projects. You will oversee our internal Development QA team, work closely with Functional QA teams, and their leadership to ensure seamless quality assurance processes. Your expertise will drive the evolution of existing procedures and the development of innovative practices and structures. Managing a dedicated Dev QA team, you will be the cornerstone of ensuring our games meet and exceed the high expectations of our players.
The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $97,000 and $130,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
