Qualifications

• 8+ years of Regression Testing experience in technology roles.
• Experience managing regression testing teams and delivering results.
• Ability to onboard new engineers quickly and set clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Document the RestAssured system so the next manager can onboard in days.
• Write regression testing integration tests that catch regressions before release in Richmond, CA.
• Translate vague tech tickets into crisp, testable strategic planning criteria.
• Carry a data-honest Delegation feature through code freeze without stability impact.
• Lead RestAssured design reviews to prevent costly mistakes.
