Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multi-family/commercial construction field experience required.
• Ability to scale measurements from blueprints.
• Construction-related certifications including OSHA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct quality control inspections for compliance.
• Maximize production schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Document all inspections, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
