• Lead and grow a globally distributed team of 12 QA engineers across manual and automated testing.
• Own the go/no-go call on release readiness and be accountable for it.
• Champion shift-left quality practices and establish quality best practices.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of total experience within QA, with 3+ years managing globally distributed teams.
• Mobile QA subject matter expert across manual and automated QA.
• AI-native QA practice with production processes that depend on it.
