• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a manager capacity.
• Plano grounding or adaptability to plant roots quickly.

Responsibilities

• Guard the Customer Service codebase quality through reviews that teach as much as they catch.
• Wire Customer Service APIs to Selenium Grid consumers so data lands where Plano teams expect it.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively.
• Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services.
• Reproduce the transparent bug from the Plano field report, then make it impossible again.
• Reverse-engineer the design-led qTest format as inherited and undocumented.
• Apply RestAssured and Mobile Testing to solve engineering challenges.
