Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for Widmer Brothers Portland Brewery. You will oversee a broad QA program, lead microbiological and chemical analyses, and guide cross-functional teams to maintain beer quality from grain to glass.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Brewing, Chemistry, or related field, plus 3+ years in beer/beverage and 2+ years in leadership. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered at Tilray.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Brewing, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
• 3+ years beer/food/beverage industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures and align functionally to improve beer quality.
• Maintain QA program budget and escalate CAPEX for new equipment as needed.
• Oversee sensory tasting panels to build quality framework.
• Collaborate with brewing, packaging and management teams on QA tasks.
• Manage QA equipment procurement, installation and performance management.
• Organize and provide training to field staff on QA standards.
• Oversee chemical and microbiological analyses on water and brewery environment.
