Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company in the United States is seeking a Manager, IT Quality Assurance to lead QA teams, define standards, drive automation, and partner with product and development to deliver high-quality software.

You will shape QA governance, scale testing capabilities, mentor managers, and ensure delivery confidence across multiple products and domains; a strong track record in people leadership and automation is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum six years of QA experience with at least two in a manager role.
Proven experience leading QA professionals and teams to deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

Provide direct people leadership for QA professionals, including performance management and development.
Set clear expectations for quality, delivery, and ownership across teams.
Coach teams to strengthen testing capability, automation understanding, and leadership skills.
Forecast staffing and capacity to support delivery and business outcomes.
Build QA governance, standards, and measurable quality practices.
Partner with Product, Development, and Business stakeholders to improve quality throughout the software lifecycle.
