Job Title : QA Manager

Location : WFH

Position : Full Time

Required Experience : 10-15 years

Timings : 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead and manage the Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automation testing, security testing, and performance testing, along with expertise in implementing QA best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire QA team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices for manual and automated testing.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across different applications.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Implement security testing strategies to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct performance testing to evaluate system stability, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders.
• Track and report QA metrics to ensure continuous improvement in quality.
• Mentor and guide the QA team to enhance skills and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in manual testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Strong experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in ISTQB, CSM, or equivalent is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based testing solutions.

Education & Certifications:

• Any bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or applications or others.
