Job summary

You will guide QA engineers, oversee project-specific quality, and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, contractual, and company requirements. Strong leadership, audits experience, and regulatory know-how are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in quality assurance management in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with audits, nonconformance, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the QA engineering and project quality organization.
• Assign QA resources to projects and company initiatives.
• Provide QA leadership from contract review through manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
