Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising inspection teams, managing audits, tracking metrics, and communicating issues across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing.
• 2–3 years of quality inspection experience in FATP/SMT electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings and specs.
• Proficient with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Familiar with Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a small team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and a reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily QA team activities and training.
• Oversee first-article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure specs.
• Track results, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with production and engineering on quality issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
