Promega's Product Quality & Compliance (PQC) team is expanding with a Supervisor, Quality Assurance, to lead the NPD-facing QA team and own shelf-life and stability decisions. You will supervise batch release and change control activities, serving as the technical quality authority for cross-functional partners, customers, and suppliers.

Qualificações

• B.S./M.S. in molecular biology, cell biology, proteomics, chemistry, or QA-related field.
• Demonstrated technical understanding of development, manufacturing, and QA processes for life science products.
• Experience in cross-functional environments and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI-supported tools for literature and data synthesis, documentation, and routing.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops the NPD-facing QA team, supervising QA Scientists who partner with New Product Development.
• Owns shelf-life and stability decisions; reviews study designs, data, and changes in partnership with Manufacturing, Marketing, and R&D.
• Owns batch release and change control; supervises staff who disposition batch releases and drive change control.
• Serves as the technical quality voice on product-quality questions from customers and cross-functional partners.
• Uses KPIs to identify resource or process needs and advocates changes.
• Reviews and approves batch records, work instructions, labels, and product literature.
• Represents QA on NPD teams and with external customers and suppliers for product-quality expertise.
• Recruits, coaches, and develops QA Scientist staff and career plans.
• Works with QA Leadership to plan staffing, budget, training, and capital expenses.
• Leads cross-departmental teams and presents updates and training to leadership.
