Job summary

Halian is seeking a QA Lead to drive automated testing for complex medical device software and robotics-enabled test automation. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee verification/validation, and push for AI-assisted testing within CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with Robotics and Automation Architects to ensure quality across software and hardware test environments, supporting both manual and automated tests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on test automation experience.
• Strong Ranorex and C# test development experience.
• 3+ years coordinating distributed onsite/offshore QA teams.
• Experience with software verification and validation practices.
• Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Hybrid Waterfall.
• Ability to manage testing across software and physical test environments.

Responsibilities
