GlobalLogic is seeking a QA Lead for Ranorex-based test automation in Lake Forest, CA. The role requires onsite presence and expertise in automated verification for complex medical devices.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and offshore resources is essential to deliver robust QA solutions. Ideal candidates will have Ranorex experience, strong C# skills, and knowledge of AI-assisted tooling to accelerate test design and execution.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Onsite in Lake Forest, CA.
• Proven experience with Ranorex-based test automation and scripting in C#.
• Experience in automation software testing for complex medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Capable of following directions from the Automation Architect.
• Supervise offshore testing team and software verification activities.
• Coordinate automation code implementation between offshore resources for multiple test systems.
• Collaborate with Automation Architect, Robotics Engineer, and QA team to align automation requirements.
• Oversee traditional QA workflows and robot-based physical test execution as a unified strategy.
• Promote AI-assisted testing practices to improve speed and coverage.
• Communicate effectively and adapt to tight deadlines and multiple tasks.
