Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services company, is seeking a QA Lead to drive testing activities in Charlotte on a Payments Modernization program. The role oversees multiple work streams, coordinates SIT, Integration, UAT, and Regression testing, and ensures end-to-end traceability between requirements, stories, defects, and test cases.

You will mentor offshore and onshore testing resources, lead defect triage, and report testing status across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large testing programs.
• Strong banking/payments domain knowledge (wire/ACH).
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities for Payments Modernization initiatives.
• Manage and maintain test assets within qTest.
• Coordinate SIT, Integration, UAT and Regression testing efforts.
• Facilitate defect triage and testing status reporting.
• Mentor offshore/onshore testing resources as needed.
