Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in product engineering, including design, development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing engineers or technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production quality performance and monitor FPY to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Manage quality inspection activities and work with QC teams to maintain effective quality control processes.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, including 8D tracking and closure.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and design teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including PFMEA, PMP, and related quality records.
• Monitor quality KPIs and customer feedback to improve yield, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
