Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Quality or Technical concentration preferred.
• 3 years of quality, technical or analytical experience.
• Qualified green coffee cupper required.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA standards, lab procedures, and work processes to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee QA laboratory functions, analytical testing, data analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain regulatory certifications and accredited auditor status.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, and performance verification of lab equipment.
• Manage product hold, release, disposition, withdrawal, and recall processes.
• Collaborate with third-party warehouses and internal Quality teams to meet business objectives.
