Job summary

SaaSify Labs in Austin, TX is seeking a QA Lead Engineer to establish and drive QA processes across multiple products. You will build automated test suites, define QA standards, and work with engineering to prevent bugs before production.

You will design automated web and mobile testing strategies, write E2E tests with Playwright and Cypress, and mentor junior QA engineers. The role requires 4+ years of QA experience, expertise in Playwright or Cypress, API testing, and performance testing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years QA engineering experience.
• Playwright or Cypress expertise.
• API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
• Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Performance testing experience (k6, JMeter).
• Bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Zephyr).
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
