Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years in a QA Lead role.
• 5 years of experience working on ecommerce web, Salesforce and mobile platforms.
• Proven experience managing onshore and offshore QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and implement test strategies and plans.
• Lead and mentor a QA team.
• Oversee the full QA lifecycle.
• Establish and enforce QA processes and standards.
• Drive adoption of automation testing frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers.
