Qualifications

• Proven experience as QA Lead or similar role in large-scale enterprise projects.
• Expertise in QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and tools.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the QA strategy aligned with Project Midas objectives.
• Establish QA processes, standards, and governance for testing.
• Define KPIs and quality metrics to measure success.
• Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools for testing.
• Drive implementation of automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Ensure scalability and maintainability of automation solutions.
• Build and scale the QA team, including hiring and mentoring.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for all releases.
• Manage defect triage and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide assurance on compliance with standards.
