Qualifications

• 12+ years of quality assurance and testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team and own total quality across all testing initiatives.
• Perform and oversee API testing, web app testing, security testing, batch system testing, performance testing, integration testing, and database testing.
• Design, build, and manage automation frameworks.
• Conduct manual testing across assigned applications and systems.
• Review pull requests and provide technical feedback.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Communicate findings and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Solve complex QA and testing challenges.
