Job summary

Digital Forms is seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive quality and AI validation strategy for a highly regulated solution integrating AI components with Salesforce. You will own both strategy and delivery of testing across functional, integration, and non-functional requirements, ensuring outputs are correct, reliable, and safe.

You will define data and environment plans, coordinate end-to-end validation with the client, integrate testing into CI/CD, manage Jira test cases, and report QA

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Experience defining end-to-end testing strategies for complex solutions.
• Experience designing and executing E2E tests for complex integrated systems.
• Proven ability to validate AI models (AI/ML/LLM testing).
• Experience strategizing test data across Dev/Test/Prod.
• Traceability from requirements to test evidence and release decisions.
• Experience testing non-functional requirements: performance, reliability, auditability, security basics.
• Strong focus on privacy handling in testing (PII/PHI masking).
• Hands-on automation with at least one stack (Python/Java/JS + frameworks such as pytest/JUnit).
• Ability to track and report QA metrics (defect ratios).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Jira proficiency.
• Full-time availability with overlap 14:00–18:00 US time.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA Strategy and AI Validation Strategy for the project.
• Execute functional, regression, exploratory, performance, and load tests.
• Coordinate Joint End-to-End Validation with client teams and Salesforce integration.
• Integrate testing activities into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous quality.
• Manage Jira test case structures aligned to user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Provide regular QA metrics and defect reporting.
