Job Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of QA experience
• 3+ years of experience in functional testing, including test estimation, planning, design, execution, defect management, and reporting
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, JavaScript, Groovy, etc.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, SoapUI, JMeter
• AWS experience; experience in Pega applications is an added advantage
• Ability to conduct peer/lead reviews on automation scripts
• Good knowledge of PRPC architecture and Pega upgrade processes
• Cross-train and mentor team members on automation frameworks and scripting
• Test data management skills
• Stay current with emerging trends in software testing and contribute to process improvements
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, database concepts, and SQL
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter is a plus
• Understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, databases, messaging systems like Kafka
• Experience working in Linux environments and basic Linux commands
• Team management skills
