Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced QA Lead to ensure quality and reliability of data pipelines, transformations, KPI calculations, and reporting outputs for a centralized data management hub. You will lead QA efforts in data-centric environments, hands-on with Snowflake, SQL, and Python, and collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in QA/Analytics Testing, strong SQL, Snowflake, and Python experience,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Testing, or Analytics Testing roles.
• Strong experience writing advanced SQL queries for data validation, testing, and troubleshooting complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including validating data pipelines, transformations, and reporting outputs.
• Experience using Python for test automation, data validation, and QA process improvement.
• Proven ability to develop testing strategies for enterprise data warehouses, analytics platforms, and KPI reporting solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly document testing approaches, findings, and recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting digital marketing analytics, KPI reporting, or campaign measurement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and API-based data ingestion processes.
• Background in data warehouse testing, ETL validation, and large-scale reporting platforms.
• Experience leading QA teams or onboarding and mentoring QA resources.
