Fresh & Ready Foods is hiring a LABEL TECHNICIAN for a full-time role in San Fernando, CA. The position involves QA audits, inspections, and managing the computerized QA systems; basic building systems knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities include planning QA programs, conducting inspections, and generating reports. A strong emphasis on accuracy, Excel/Word proficiency, and cross-trade understanding is required; weekend work is possible.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in engineering or business with 5 years’ maintenance experience.
• HS diploma/GED with 10 years’ maintenance experience; multi-trade knowledge beneficial.
• Ability to read, comprehend and transmit complex instructions in writing and oral form.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; database management and general office equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control computerized Quality Assurance programs in maintenance operations.
• Set up and maintain QA program; schedule inspections, audits, and evaluations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and evaluations; investigate quality issues.
• Operate and maintain Cleantelligent and related data systems for department operations.
• Support performance improvement and safety activities.
• Prepare reports from QA data and day-to-day operations.
