Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane seeks a QA Label Control Associate to join our on-site manufacturing team in Spokane, WA. You will handle counting, assembly, printing, and issuance of Label Control components to support production, while maintaining controlled areas and collaborating across departments.

The role emphasizes process improvements, SOP updates in eDMS, and familiarity with LAS, serialization, and dating procedures. Entry-level to mid experience with strong computer skills is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate of Arts or Science desired.
• 2-3 years related experience required.
• Must have proficiency with MS Word, and Excel required.
• Must possess excellent computer skills and understanding of computer technology to input information into various programs.
• Mechanical Aptitude, Manual Dexterity required.
• Database Experience required.
• Forklift experience desired, must be able to obtain within 3 months preferred.
• Manufacturing production and equipment operation experience is desired.
• Vision Requirements: 14/14 Corrected Near-Point required.

Responsibilities

• Count and manage Label Control components, performing SAP transactions.
• Maintain inventory in Label Control warehouse and ensure correct locations and revisions.
• Operate label printing software and troubleshoot basic system issues.
• Design and review label formats and participate in software/server updates.
• Adapt to shifting production needs and communicate with departments to update dating and paperwork.
• Provide RCA input for deviations and assist with investigations.
• Navigate and print from eDMS and initiate SOP revisions.
