Job summary

Magnera Corporation seeks a Quality Lab Technician to perform finished product and in-process testing in a controlled lab and production environment. You will ensure data integrity, monitor specifications, and support QA and Process Engineering with analysis and reporting.

Requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in ISO-regulated settings with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Able to read charts, document numbers, and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform finished product and in-process testing per specs.
• Use SPC tools and analyze data to identify improvements.
• Operate diagnostic equipment.
• Coordinate with QA and Ops to resolve issues.
• Enter data into Quality Windows and report trends.
• Participate in safety audits and continuous improvement.
• Provide training as needed.
• Meet production output while following procedures.
