• Obtain and maintain State certification for antibiotic testing per company guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and SQF requirements.
• Follow GMPs and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
