Helena Industries (HI) is seeking a Quality Assurance Intern to support an industrial production laboratory. The intern will test finished products and components, calibrate HPLC/GC equipment, and document batch results to ensure parameters are met.

You will participate in problem solving, maintain QA records, and assist with regulatory compliance while learning under the Lab Supervisor and QA team in a fast-paced plant environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Work towards or completion of a Bachelor's degree in a physical science.
• Chem I and II courses and understanding basic chemical dilutions and calculations is preferred.
• Experience utilizing HPLC/GC instruments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs process checks throughout production, packaging and warehousing functions.
• Sets up and calibrates HPLC/GC testing equipment.
• Receives, documents and inputs batch testing results into applicable systems.
• Identifies and reports quality results and trends to Lab Supervisor/Lab Manager.
• Maintains accurate records of QA activities and inventory of retained products.
• Ensures compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Keeps the work environment clean and organized.
