Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a motivated intern to support sales, quality control, and technical services. You will assist in product testing, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role is designed for students pursuing chemical engineering, sales, marketing or QC, offering hands-on experience, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to learn industry best practices and participate in improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college majoring in Chemical Engineering, Sales, Marketing or QC.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales and quality control processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product testing and analysis to maintain high-quality standards.
• Support the technical services team in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and product knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
