Job summary

Ferummas Precision Engineering in the United States (Kansas) is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to perform strict part inspections at the site per drawings and control plans. You will ensure all inspection documentation is accurately completed and approve the first and last piece for production to run orders.

You will identify rejected parts with proper labeling, feedback non-conformances to the Section Head, and maintain QA test equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a recognized qualification as listed.
• Quality-focused with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Section Head.
• Perform part inspections at respective site per drawings and control plan.
• Ensure documentation related to inspection is correctly filled.
• Approve and check the 1st piece and last piece for production to run the order.
• Identify and segregate rejected parts with appropriate labeling.
• Provide feedback on non-conformance to the Section Head.
• Maintain QA test equipment and generate required reports.
• Stop production to correct quality issues; practice 5S and proper filling.
• Carry out any other job as assigned by management.

Education

SPM/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field or higher qualification
