Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Two years or more of related experience and/or training.
• Two years or more experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging or folding carton preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine purchase orders and documents for size, color, content and other product characteristics.
• Inspect product for conformance to order specifications and quality control standards.
• Test samples and document results.
• Approve or reject product and report inspection results.
• Identify and resolve problems; gather and analyze information; develop alternatives; work well in group problem solving.
