Job summary

Champion Home Builders is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to inspect parts, products, and processes for conformance with standards. The role includes measuring with fixed or variable instruments, checking for irregularities, and verifying dimensions to ensure proper assembly.

The inspector will coordinate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing to resolve design and production issues while following safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED and one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with engineering, sales and manufacturing personnel to resolve problems related to product design, materials, specifications and/or manufacturing operations.
• Ensures all quality control policies, procedures, directives and systems comply with company and Federal regulations, striving to increase quality assurance within the facility.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
